I had an excellent experience with this moving team today. They were professional, efficient, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. From the moment they arrived, they worked hard and stayed organized, making what could have been a very stressful day go incredibly smoothly. They handled everything with care, protected the furniture, and made sure items were placed exactly where I needed them. Not only were they skilled at what they do, but they were also respectful and easy to work with. It’s rare to find movers who are this reliable and hardworking. We had a massive cabinet that had to be moved into our house. They traveled an hour and half away and came all the way back for this cabinet. The crew are the best of the best. They did everything with professionalism, and were so kind! I suggest requesting them!!

I wish I could give zero stars. We spoke with the coordinator on the phone and scheduled SOBE Relocation to bring a truck and three workers to help us move across town. We took off work to meet the movers at 8am. No one ever showed up! We called repeatedly and left several voicemails. Days later and we STILL haven't heard anything back. Do NOT book with SOBE Relocation if you actually want to move on the day that you take off work to move! Really disappointing and unprofessional customer service.
